Roama is a platform that helps users discover activities, connect with organizers, and send booking requests. Roama does not operate the listed activities and is not responsible for how they are conducted.

By using Roama, you agree to these Terms of Service.

User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your account credentials secure
• ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide
• all activity that occurs under your account

Listings And Booking Requests

Roama allows organizers to publish listings for activities.

A booking request is only a request until it is accepted by the organizer. A booking is considered confirmed only when the organizer accepts the request and any additional steps required by the organizer are completed.

Organizers are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of their listings
• pricing and availability
• communication with travelers
• delivery of the activity

Roama does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any activity.

Payments, Cancellations, And Refunds

At the current MVP stage, Roama does not process payments on behalf of organizers and is not the merchant of record for any activity listed on the platform, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In most cases, travelers pay organizers directly. Payment terms, cancellation policies, refund eligibility, and rescheduling conditions are determined by the organizer and may be shown in the listing or communicated during the booking process.

Roama may help facilitate communication between travelers and organizers, but is not responsible for issuing refunds for payments made outside the platform.

Platform Role

Roama acts as a marketplace that connects travelers and organizers.

Roama is not:

• a travel agency
• a tour operator
• a payment processor

Roama is not a party to agreements made between travelers and organizers.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use the platform for unlawful purposes
• provide false or misleading information
• attempt to interfere with the platform’s operation
• misuse or abuse other users

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Roama is not liable for:

• injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in activities
• disputes between travelers and organizers
• inaccuracies in listings

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
